Discussion about Paper

In our group discussion we decided to pick one topic to be discussed by each one of us. My topic was the usage of Paper and how important paper to us. I also  need to tell some background how paper is produced by the use of variety of trees.

Papers, one the most commonly used items of students in school. It is used to write all our notes, print our requirements, etc. Even all the books at the library are made by papers. Do you have any idea how much papers is being used everyday? Paper, as we all know is a versatile material with many uses. But how really papers are made?
Papers made up by fibers called cellulose that came from a raw wood. The raw wood must first be turned into pulp. Wood pulp is a watery soup of cellulose wood fibers, lignin, water and the chemicals used during the pulping process. From pulp to paper, the paper pulp is fed into paper-making machine. As the pulp is carried along by the screen, the water in it drops away, and the cellulose fibers become matted together, forming paper. While the paper is still damp, it is fed through a series of heated rollers which press it and dry it. The paper is then spooled into huge rolls, cut into various sizes, and converted into paper products. That’s how papers are made.
Trees are the main source of papers. Every part of the trees are very useful because trees are the earth’s greatest natural resources.
